Our Business

Employee Screening was founded in 2002 by Dr Charles Mott. Since the opening of Employee Screening our business has grown from a one man operation to a staff of 32 and 6 offices through out the Pennsylvania area. Employee Screening has franchised with eScreen opening up its first drug screening lab in 2004. 

Employee Screening strives to be the best in the business. Our innovative screening services help to provide our clients with the best service possible allowing our business to continue growing and be successful. 

Employee Screening is affiliated with Employee Options a staffing agency that has over 300 temporary employees onsite in various positions as well as 62 national Pre-Employment screening accounts.

Who We Are

 Becky Kelso  is our VP of Operations and has been with Employee Options since 2001 since then she has beome a Certified Collector and Trainer for Oral, Hair and Urine Drug Screenings, Breath Alcohol Screenings, Fingerprinting, DNA Paternity Testing, and DNA Identification Testing.

 Matthew Matthew Knetzer is our Office Manager. Matthew began his employment with Employee Options in 2003 and has since became our Site Manager as a Certified Collector and Trainer for Oral, Hair and Urine Drug Screenings, Breath Alcohol Screenings, Fingerprinting, DNA Paternity Testing, and DNA Identification Testing.
